Teaching through the Mathematical Processes Participants will:

1. Become more familiar with the Mathematical Processes

2. Examine how to integrate the math processes with problem solving

3. Interpret math curriculum expectations with a math process lens

4. Understand how to make the Math Processes more explicit to students

5. Explore the assessment of the math processes using rubrics

6. Investigate connections between differentiated instruction and the math processes

In addition, explicit examination of Think Literacy strategies will enable participants to make strategic selection of these for instruction and assessment.
